Cruising along I40

In Tennessee,

I noticed that

Something was different

It took me a while

To figure it out

Up until then

The traffic in

Both directions

Shared a clearing,

The flows separated

By a grassy median

Now each direction

Was isolated,

A private highway

Through thick forest,

Thanks to a treed median
