I really liked my fortune cookie fortune last night:

THE SKY'S THE LIMIT THIS MONTH

Early this morning I recalled the fortune

And the fact that while we were waiting for dinner to arrive

I got the best Boggle score so far by far,

And mentioned this to Tobey in connection with the fortune

A while later, after we got up,

One of the headlines on today's front page read:

"Soon, military top guns may be women

The sky may be the limit

Under rules before Congress"

And Tobey agreed that this was coincidental

Before we had gotten up

I had turned on the TV

(We never watch TV before we get up)

And started flipping through the channels.

At one point I changed the station

From an old black-and-white movie

That was on for a few seconds

And Tobey complained.

It was a Fred Astaire movie

Where he's a fighter pilot in "The Flying Tigers"

And falls in love while on leave

But conceals his identity from his girlfriend.

Though it was already late,

We ended up watching the rest of the movie

Instead of getting up.

After the movie I said to Tobey

"We don't even know the name of the movie.

Maybe it's `The Flying Tigers'."

Neither of us looked to see what the title was.

Several hours later I was looking through TV Guide

And decided to see what the title of the movie was:

"The Sky's The Limit"...
